The latest issue of The Roar Report, Milwaukee Athletics' publication, is now available. This Fall 2025 edition features a story on Amanda Braun, Milwaukee's Director of Athletics. Braun will chair the NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Committee for the upcoming season and will oversee the selection of the tournament field in March.

Braun has served as Milwaukee's Director of Athletics for 13 years and was the first woman to hold this position at the university. She was named the 2025 National Girls and Women in Sports Day Champion Leadership Award Recipient and received recognition as the NCAA Division I Nike Executive of the Year by Women Leaders in College Sports in August 2023.

The feature article was written by Gary D'Amato, who previously worked as a sportswriter and columnist for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel before joining The Roar Report staff in September 2018.
