The latest episode of "PounceCast," a podcast produced by Milwaukee Athletics, has been released. The series aims to provide in-depth coverage and insights into the stories behind Milwaukee Panther Athletics. Hosted by Matt Menzl, the podcast offers listeners an opportunity to hear directly from prominent members of the Panther community.

The new episode features Kyle Clements, head coach of the Milwaukee swimming & diving team, as he prepares for his 16th season in 2025-26. During his tenure, Clements has led the program to significant achievements, including four Horizon League Championships and eleven runner-up finishes. He has overseen a period marked by numerous individual and team records being broken—ten individual records, six freshman records, and four relay records for the men's team alone. The women's team set two individual records, three freshman records, and three relay records last season.

Clements was named Horizon League Women's Swimming Coach of the Year for the sixth time after leading his team to a runner-up finish at last winter's league championships. Under his leadership last season, one swimmer claimed an individual league title, two relay teams won championships, and five athletes finished as runners-up. The men's team achieved its best result at the league championships in ten years.

Clements became head coach in 2010 after serving as top assistant for two years.

Milwaukee Athletics began producing "PounceCast" in January 2023 as a monthly feature to highlight different figures across its sports programs. Previous episodes have included interviews with coaches from various teams, athletics staff members, alumni athletes, and others involved with Panther Athletics.
