Education company EAB has named Milwaukee Area Technical College, Carthage College, the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee as winners of its national CONNECTEDness Award. The four institutions represent EAB’s Milwaukee-Kenosha Moon Shot for Equity Region.
Milwaukee Area Technical College is soliciting original works of art, including an outdoor sculpture, to be created and displayed in the Downtown Milwaukee Campus, 700 W. State St. The campus has recently undergone many renovations, and artwork created by students, alumni and community members will decorate new spaces and celebrate the college’s history and diversity.
