Every Thursday at 10 AM CT, Vicar Heather will be going live on Facebook to facilitate Ignatian Contemplation, which allows us to meditate on scripture using all 5 senses. If you've never tried this before, not only is it very relaxing, it is also amazing to see scripture really come to life and have the words leap off the pages. Everyone is welcome and no advance preparation is required!
