The Milwaukee men's swimming and diving team achieved a decisive victory against Wheaton College Thunder, winning 132-68 in their latest meet. This win brings the Panthers' season record above .500 and marks their ninth consecutive victory over the Thunder.

The Panthers dominated by securing first place in all eleven events of the meet. "As we round out our fall semester of dual meets, we end on a good note," said head coach Kyle Clements. "We really progressed and grew from the beginning of the year to now, and now we'll turn our focus to our mid-season championship. The next time we race we will be a lot fresher and faster."

A notable moment occurred in the 100-yard breaststroke, which ended in a rare tie between teammates Hunter Johnson and Travis Hull, both finishing with a time of 1:01.01.

Vince Chiappetta led in distance freestyle events, taking first place in both the 500 and 1000-yard races with an average lead of over six seconds. Konnor Pilger won the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:47.17.

Ben Lorenz claimed victory in the 100-yard freestyle at 47.43 seconds, while Griffin Hawley topped the 50-yard freestyle event.

Jay Jensen excelled in his sole individual event, winning the 400-yard individual medley as part of a Panther sweep for the top three positions alongside Jackson Hodek and Yassin Dwidar.

Hayden Christiansen won the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 52.09 seconds, and Kevin Soltys took first place in the 100-yard backstroke.

Both Milwaukee relay teams were victorious; Jensen, Ahrens, Hawley, and Griffin secured first place in the 200-yard freestyle relay, while Hodek, Ethan Ford, Andrew Jones, and Charlie House won the 200-yard medley relay.

Looking ahead, Milwaukee will compete at the IUPUI House of Champions Invitational from November 16-18 in Indianapolis.
