Rep. Barbara Dittrich, a Republican elected in 2025 to represent Wisconsin’s 99th House district, shared several updates and calls to action with constituents on August 27, 2025 through her social media account.

In her first post of the day, Dittrich addressed outdoor enthusiasts ahead of the weekend: "Are you going to be out on your ATV/UTV this weekend? There will be increased law enforcement on trails this weekend as part of the DNR's 'Think Smart Before You Start' campaign. There have been 27 fatal crashes this year on Wisconsin's ATV trails and it's up to riders to take https://t.co/fGctTrC6Bo" (August 27, 2025). The message comes amid heightened concern for trail safety following multiple fatalities reported across the state.

Later that afternoon, Rep. Dittrich announced new legislative efforts focused on health care reform in Wisconsin: "It's time we dig deeper to improve our health care in Wisconsin. Today, Sen. Rachael Cabral-Guevara and I are introducing our long-awaited prior authorization reform legislation. I look forward to working with patients, providers, and insurers to make Wisconsin's health care even https://t.co/33SFtUUKqK" (August 27, 2025).

Her final post for the day responded to an unspecified violent incident at a house of worship: "Please join me in praying for all of the children, families, teachers, parish staff, and first responders involved in today's horrific attack. Many houses of worship (mine included) have security on site. The most awful part of today's incident is that this evil individual shot https://t.co/M5PygOW4a1" (August 27, 2025).

Dittrich succeeded Cindi Duchow as representative for the district after winning election earlier in the year.
