Rep. Barbara Dittrich, a Republican elected in 2025 to represent Wisconsin's 99th House district, marked September 11 with several public statements and meetings focused on remembrance and community support.

In a post published on September 11, 2025, Dittrich reflected on the anniversary of the terrorist attacks, stating, "September 11th is a solemn reminder of the things that make our nation so great. Today, we honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice and the heroes who showed that strength in the face of this great tragedy. #neverforget #HonorAndRemember #OneNation".

Later that day, Dittrich shared details about her engagement with mental health initiatives for students. On September 11, she wrote, "Today, I had the privilege of meeting with Kooth to discuss their work of providing support for students' mental health through innovative and accessible resources. Thank you for sharing how you are seeking to join the efforts to make a difference in the lives of young people".

In another statement posted on September 11, Dittrich highlighted her staff's involvement with rare disease advocacy: "On Thursday, my staff had the wonderful opportunity of meeting with individuals from the Wisconsin Rare Disease Alliance. Thank you for your work and making a difference in the lives of individuals with these often overlooked diseases!"

Barbara Dittrich began serving as state representative after being elected in 2025 to succeed Cindi Duchow as representative for Wisconsin’s 99th House district.
