Two days later, on September 24, 2025, Johnson commented on issues related to video hosting platforms and his Senate testimony during the COVID-19 pandemic. He wrote: "After multiple strikes on my @YouTube channel for U.S. Senate testimony during COVID we moved to @rumblevideo https://t.co/1YwXHSc5yw https://t.co/ge4WdkLZNz".
Senator Ron Johnson has represented Wisconsin in the U.S. Senate since 2011. He won election victories against Russ Feingold in both 2010 and 2016, with vote shares of 51.9% and 50.2%, respectively, and secured re-election in 2022 by defeating Mandela Barnes with 50.4% of the vote.
