Cantos de las Américas, a long-standing tradition in Milwaukee Public Schools, is set to take place on May 2, 2025. The event will occur from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. and will be hosted at the Marcus Performing Arts Center, located at 929 N. Water St., Milwaukee, WI 53202. The celebration, which has been part of the community since 1990, is open to the public free of charge.

Cantos de las Américas is an annual event celebrating the diverse cultural backgrounds of Milwaukee Public Schools' students. Participants from various cultural heritages perform songs and dances, representing regions and cultures such as Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, and the Hmong, Laotian, and Native American communities.
