High school students in Milwaukee have an exciting opportunity to delve into the world of arts this summer through the Arts Internship Program. With 63 positions available across 13 different arts organizations, students are encouraged to apply for a chance to gain practical job experience and explore their passion for the arts.

The program offers a minimum pay of $12.50 per hour and provides interns with a range of hours to work over the summer, allowing them to immerse themselves in various arts-related positions. According to the announcement, interns will not only deepen their understanding of the arts but also develop valuable job skills during their internship.

To be eligible for this unique opportunity, applicants must meet specific criteria, including being at least 16 years old at the start of work, being a high school equivalent student, and either a resident of Milwaukee or enrolled in an MPS high school. Additionally, applicants must be available to work as per the organization's schedule and attend mandatory trainings and events.
