Two programs at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) have achieved significant rankings in the latest assessment of graduate schools by U.S. News & World Report. The UWM library and information science graduate program secured the 14th position, while the occupational therapy graduate program was placed at No. 27.
In addition to these notable rankings, several other graduate programs at UWM have also been recognized nationally. According to the report, programs such as Clinical psychology, Nursing – master’s, Nursing – doctor of nursing practice, Economics, English, Fine arts, Health care management, History, Physical therapy, Physics, Political science, Public health, Social work, Sociology, and Speech-language pathology have all made it into the top 100 nationwide.
The rankings, which considered more than 2,000 graduate programs from over 1,200 universities, are determined based on expert opinion regarding program excellence and statistical indicators measuring the quality of faculty, research, students, and post-graduate outcomes.
This recognition highlights the dedication and quality of education offered by UWM across various disciplines, solidifying its reputation as a leading institution in graduate education.
