Tim Gregorson, a resident of Milwaukee, expressed concern over Vice President Kamala Harris' policies, which he believes support "anything that breeds a Communist style of government."

"I'm a concerned parent, Christian, and Citizen of the state of Wisconsin since 1962," said Gregorson. "Kamala Harris supports anything that breeds a Communist style of government. This includes massive government spending on anything that breaks with traditional morality, which is antithetical to my Christian values."

At the 2024 Democratic Convention, Kamala Harris and the Democratic Party officially adopted a platform supporting "gender-affirming care" for minors. The party also opposed laws restricting these practices, which can include surgical procedures and the prescription of drugs like puberty blockers.

The platform further included opposition to parent-led groups working to remove obscene and sexually explicit books from school libraries.

According to the Herzog Foundation, Harris "spearheaded an effort last year to push sexualized content and other liberal ideals in schools on behalf of the Biden administration." A release from the White House on Harris' seven-state tour, which included visits to over a dozen schools, said that Harris would "bring thousands of students together around the fight for reproductive freedom, common sense gun safety laws, climate action, voting rights, LGBTQ+ equality, and teaching America’s full history." The Herzog Foundation notes that objections to the books Harris has supported as part of "America's full history," "almost universally contain sexual content with LGBTQ themes aimed at young kids."
