Rep. Barbara Dittrich, a Republican representing Wisconsin's 99th House district, recently addressed several issues through posts on her official Twitter account, including upcoming health care legislation and concerns about literacy in the state.

On August 20, 2025, Dittrich commented on ongoing legislative efforts related to health care: "The biennial budget is part of the equation, but not the whole story when it comes to addressing health care needs in Wisconsin. Stay tuned for forthcoming legislation that I will be introducing as we reconvene for the fall."

A day later, on August 21, 2025, she expressed concern over literacy rates and encouraged her followers to read more: "I am so sad to see these statistics. On August 22, 2025, Dittrich posted a brief message ahead of an event: "See you there!"

Dittrich was elected in 2025 as the representative for Wisconsin's 99th House district after succeeding Cindi Duchow.
